Dmitry Khanov — Building Technology Businesses for Two Decades

In 2010, Dmitry founded his first company in digital marketing, which grew to more than 300 employees and became a strong cash-generating business, providing the foundation for his transition from entrepreneur to investor.

He began investing in traffic-driven businesses, CPA networks, and some of Ukraine's leading IT service and outsourcing companies. Over the years, he completed several successful exits, invested in a number of technology startups, and became a General Partner in venture capital funds.

Today, Dmitry's core operating assets are consolidated under TALENTIR, alongside a broader portfolio of investments in different startups across all over the world. Today his investment focus is increasingly shifting toward robotics, which he sees as one of the defining technology frontiers following the rise of generative AI.

Healthcare has also remained a long-term area of interest, with a growing focus on businesses at the intersection of healthcare, AI, and advanced technology. Because this is an area that the greatest contribution can be made to the development of humanity and improve people's lives.
